Those who have recently purchased a D23 membership may need to log out and log back in . in their Disney account for it to be reflected.

While it is possible The Oogie Boogie Bash reserved exclusively for D23 members will have some special additions, we’re not counting on a lot – maybe some special photo ops or rare characters. The most likely reason why it’s so much more expensive is the exact same reason why the two holidays closest to Halloween cost more –request. Tons of D23 members and non-local fans will be in Anaheim this weekend, so Disney can charge more for that night.

Tickets for all other nights of the 2022 Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, except for the D23 special event, will go on sale to the general public beginning June 30, 2022 (no earlier than 9 a.m. Peaceful).

Despite long virtual queues and phone wait times, tickets never sold out for any date on the first day they went on sale to the general public. That said, most dates sold out long before the first night. Plan and buy your tickets accordingly.

The number of tickets available for each Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party 2022 event date is limited, and event tickets are only valid for the specific event date and times.

Along with dates and ticket prices, Disneyland also announced additional details about the 2022 Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party.

First, it will once again include early admission to Disney California Adventure starting at 3:00 p.m.—no theme park reservations required.

The 2022 Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party will also feature immersive treat tracks. Throughout these, you can collect treats – M&Ms, SKITTLES, SNICKERS and other Halloween favorites – along paths featuring Halloween-inspired music, fun decor and the villains themselves. , as they oversee the festivities from their thrones.

In addition to these traveling encounters highlighted by villains, there will be other encounters with popular and rare characters, some of whom will be dressed in their own Halloween costumes.

The star entertainment of the 2022 Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party is the Terrifyingly Fun Parade. This fiery masquerade cavalcade features Mickey and Minnie Mouse, plus popular Disney villains.

There’s also Mickey’s Trick & Treat – watch Mickey and his friends headline a live show filled with not-so-scary Halloween tales. On top of that, the popular Villains Grove will return – explore Redwood Creek Challenge Trail like never before as the worlds of Disney Villains unfold through ethereal stages filled with hauntingly beautiful color, sound, light and shadow .

Sadly, still nothing on World of Color – Villainous, which didn’t premiere last year due to World of Color’s renovation. This should to be back this year, but Disney omitting it from the announcement is concerning.

It would be odd to pull this after just a year, even though it’s garnering very mixed reviews. If customer satisfaction for this nighttime show was low, it would probably still make sense to run the normal World of Color. It is an added value that encourages guests to buy event tickets and it helps absorb the crowds… which allows Disney to increase the attendance cap (thus selling even more tickets) while keeping attendance low. Seems like a no-brainer to show some version of World of Color, so maybe that announcement will come later.

Ultimately, we’re looking forward to the 2022 Oogie Boogie Bash. We really enjoyed the first two years of this Halloween party and really hoped that Disneyland would build on that success and step it up for this year, because it still falls short of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party in every way except the characters. (who are very, very good at Oogie Boogie Bash).

In particular, fleshing out the parade and adding other staple entertainment – ideally, a Halloween edition of World of Color – would really help elevate the event. Of course, the demographics differ between the California and Florida parks, so that might be exactly what most Disneyland locals want from the event. There’s also the reality that Disneyland does more for Halloween as a whole, and most of that is included in regular admission.
