Beneath a lighted gazebo, Aurora’s best friend “Auntie Jo Jo” approached the princess dressed as her loyal forest friend, Mr. Owl from the 1959 classic, Sleeping Beauty.

A video posted on TikTok shared the sweet interaction and has surpassed 35,000 views so far:

As seen in Walt Disney’s now-preserved 16th animated feature, fans might remember the character as he wore Prince Phillip’s attire and led Briar Rose in a waltz of the woods.

Those who visit Disneyland in California can also spot the character’s statue just outside Sleeping Beauty Castle.

According to the comments section, it appears that “Auntie Jo Jo” is actually team leader Joselyn, who commenters say cares deeply for many co-workers who have been the beneficiaries of her “magic.”

One commentator called her “incredible human and a true miracle in this world”. User @lmkrumm wrote: “Joselyn is one of my leaders and 100/10 human🥰🥰.”

But her Mr. Owl outfit was just the start of Joselyn’s surprise for the princess.

Part 2 of the video features more Disney fans leaping as Aurora’s friends from the film.

Disney Parks Blog reported the news in March:

Beginning April 18, we will begin reintroducing traditional character greetings at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts, as well as onboard Disney Cruise Line. It’s true! Pretty soon, you’ll be able to hug Mickey again, get an autograph from Mulan, and laugh with Goofy. We know many of you missed those special moments, and you missed your Disney Character friends too!
